What is World Caching?

World Caching started with Northern Gecko, a Hawaiin cacher and her sister, one of the Wild Wiggly beanz in Canada chatting while spending a day of caching at the beach. The business recruited other caching family members the Grumpy Grizzlies and Panda lady. Our family has travelled or would like to visit most places in the world so hence the name, World caching ! We are keen, environmentally conscious cachers who love the sport and wanted to get some new funky caching gear out there ! We love ideas and suggestions and we do custom bumper stickers and pins and even T-shirts so throw us some ideas!

What is Geocaching?

Geocaching is our life...
okay the definition is as defined by Wikipedia... "Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunting game in which the participants use a Global Positioning System receiver or other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers (called "geocaches" or "caches") anywhere in the world. A typical cache is a small waterproof container containing a logbook and "treasure", usually toys or trinkets of little monetary value."

What is CITO ?

CITO is the acronym for Cache In- Trash Out !
Cachers visit so many amazing locations and unfortunately they are not always garbage free. By always having a spare bag with them, cachers can contribute to keeping our parks clean by taking the Trash Out !

Can I have something custom made for me?

Yes- definately! We will custom make our bumper stickers, buttons, and all our t-shirts to say whatever you would like for an extra $2.oo. Please contact us directly at worldcaching.com to place your personalized order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Worldcaching.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Items shipped by may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order.

Worldcaching.com offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all items.Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not happy with your order so that we may rectify it immediately. Refund does not include shipping charges or re-stocking fees, if applicable.

What happens if an item does not work or is damaged?

We reserve the right to replace defective items with the same or similar item only, within 30 days from the shipment date. Defective replacements are shipped via Standard Ground shipping. Other shipping methods are available at additional cost. We apologize for any inconvenience. Items damaged during shipping will not be our responsibility.

Who pays to return a damaged or broken item?

Unless the return is the result of our shipping error, Worldcaching.com will share in the shipping costs for defective item(s). You are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item(s) to us, and we will then ship the replacement item to you at no cost.

What if I need to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us directly at worldcaching.com for assistance. If your order has not already shipped we will be able to cancel it for you. How do your t-shirts fit?

What if I buy a t-shirt that does not fit?

If a t-shirt does not fit then please return the item with the reason the t-shirt does not fit (too small or too big) and we will do our best to send you a size that does fit.

When we started caching we had no idea what all the acronyms were! But here they are for you to understand and be in the know !
FTF stands for FIRST TO FIND.
TFTH stands for THANKS FOR THE HIDE.
TNLN stands for TOOK NOTHING, LEFT NOTHING!
